º . La asignación del otro 2 por ciento del valor de las ventas de energía que las entidades propietarias de plantas generadoras deben hacer, conforme al literal b) del artículo 12º de la Ley 56 de 1981, en programas de electrificación rural, se invertirá en la construcción de nuevas redes y obras necesarias para desarrollar los programas, teniendo en cuenta las prioridades señaladas en el estudio económico y social de que trata el artículo 6 de la misma ley.
