Dichas ofertas se dirijirán en pliego cerrado i sellado al Gobernador de la provincia respectiva, hasta las doce del dia que se hubiere fijado para el remate. Pasada esta hora, ya no es admisible propuesta alguna, i las que se hubieren hecho hasta entonces, son obligatorias aun cuando, segun lo que se dispone en el artículo 19. no pueda darse toda la cantidad de dinero que comprende la oferta.
