Habrá una Junta compuesta de tres miembros nombrados por el Gobierno y presidida por el Gobernador de Antioquia, la cual tendrá a su cargo todo lo relacionado con la realización del proyecto y la creación del monumento con el aporte nacional y los aportes particulares que se le hagan.
