º El día 27 de octubre de 1988 la Policía Vial establecerá y efectuará controles en las diferentes salidas de los municipios del país, mediante la recolección de la planilla de pasajeros y orden de despacho, que será remitida el día 28 de octubre de 1988 las correspondientes Oficinas Regionales o Seccionales del Instituto Nacional del Transporte.

Parágrafo

Las empresas de transporte intermunicipal de pasajeros estarán obligadas a suministrar a sus vehículos una planilla de pasajeros u orden de despacho.
