ART 204. Los editores ó directores de periódicos en que se hubieren estampado las calumnias ó injurias, insertarán en ellos, dentro del término que señalen las leyes, ó, en su defecto, el Tribunal sentenciador, la satisfacción ó fallo condenatorio, siempre que así lo pida el ofendido.
