Para atender a los gastos que demandan el artículo anterior y el 1º de esta Ley, abrese al Presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia en curso el siguiente crédito adicional:

MINISTERIO DE GUERRA

Articulo 478 A. Para auxiliar a los damnificados por causa del siniestro del cañonero Hércules y a las familias de los individuos que perecieron con motivo de la misma catástrofe, y para atender al complejo pago del valor del aparato en que el aviador Méndez haga el viaje de los Estados Unidos a Bogotá, setenta mil pesos. $ 70.000.00.
