Artículo único. Apruébese el contrato celebrado entre el Señor Nicolas Pereira G. i el secretario de Hacienda i fomento, el 16 de agosto de 1872, para establecer el alumbrado de gas en algunos puntos de la capital, con las modificaciones siguientes:
