Los Generales, Jefes, Oficiales e individuos de tropa que hagan las guarniciones de Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Buenaventura, Barbacoas, Arauca, Cartagena, Cali, Cúcuta, Medellín, Puerto Asís, Riohacha, Santa marta, Tumaco, Villavicencio u otros lugares de clima y circunstancias climatéricas análogas, tendrán derecho a un sobre sueldo del veinticinco por ciento (25 por 100) sobre las asignaciones fijadas en el artículo 1º
