Corresponde a la autoridad nacional competente, Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, o quien haga sus veces, la protección sanitaria de la apicultura. Para estos efectos, esta autoridad deberá expedir en el año siguiente a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, una guía para el manejo, preservación, protección y conservación de la apicultura.
