HORAS DENTRO DE LAS CUALES SE PRACTICA. Cuando la diligencia deba efectuarse en un lugar habitado o en dependencias cerradas, sólo podrá llevarse a cabo entre las seis de la mañana y las seis de la tarde. Pero podrá realizarse en horas de la noche si el morador o representante lo consienten, o cuando se trate de casas de juego o de prostitución o de lugar abierto al público o cuando peligre el orden público o cuando se trate de flagrante delito. En los demás lugares, la diligencia podrá realizarse en cualquier momento.
