Para el despacho de los negocios de orden administrativo de la República, habrá un nuevo Ministerio que se denominará de Agricultura y Comercio.

Parágrafo

El Presidente de la República señalará de conformidad con el artículo 132 de la Constitución Nacional, los negocios que corresponda atender al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio.
