Las funciones y requisitos de los cargos definidos en el presente Decreto serán establecidos por cada entidad en su respectivo manual específico de funciones y requisitos con base en el manual general de funciones y requisitos del subsector oficial del sector salud contenido en el Decreto 1335 de 1990.
