Art. 1.º Los cursos 5.º, 12.º i 14.º de las enseñanzas de Literatura i Filosofía se estudiarán en el órden siguiente : El 5.º curso comprenderá la enseñanza de Contabilidad oficial i mercantil ; El 12.º curso, la de Filosofía elemental ; i El 14.º , de la clase 2.º de Castellano . Esta modificacion en la distribucion de las materias de estudio, siguiendo el órden numérico de los cursos establecidos en el artículo 98 del Decreto orgánico, no altera las materias designadas para optar a grados, i cuyo estudio se exije por los artículos 213, 216 , 221 i 224 del mismo decreto.
