º Los funcionarios a los cuales se haya concedido la Medalla "Al Mérito Postal", creada por Decreto número 0766 de 1956, perderán el derecho a ella cuando, previo un proceso de averiguación de los hechos, el Consejo de la Medalla establezca Pruebas suficientes e irrecusables que ocasionen tal medida.
