Formalización y profesionalización. El Gobierno nacional deberá formular la estrategia de profesionalización, tecnificación y formalización del oficio artesanal de pirotécnico, conforme a lo señalado en el artículo 3° de la Ley 2224 de 2022. Las entidades del Gobierno nacional con competencia en la formulación de la estrategia de profesionalización, tecnificación y formalización del oficio artesanal de pirotécnico, deberán prestar todo el apoyo jurídico y técnico para su consolidación.
