LA DESTRUCCION DE ARTICULOS O PRODUCTOS consiste en la inutilización de los mismos. LA DESNATURALIZACION consiste en la aplicación de medios físicos, químicos o biológicos tendientes a modificar la forma o las propiedades de un producto o artículo. La destrucción o desnaturalización se llevarán a cabo con el objeto de evitar que se afecte la salud individual o colectiva.
