Auxíliese durante diez (10) años a la Fundación Universidad Incca de Colombia con la cantidad de trescientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 350.000.00), anuales, y autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para tomar todas las medidas de carácter presupuestal y fiscal, a fin de dar cumplimiento a este artículo a partir de la sanción de la presente Ley

Para tener derecho a este auxilio, el Incca deberá someterse a las condiciones que señale el Ministerio de Educación.
