Plazos para adecuar las piscinas y estructuras similares. Las piscinas y estructuras similares que a la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1209 de 2008 se encuentren en construcción, deberán adecuarse a sus disposiciones. En todo caso, las piscinas o estructuras similares que al momento de entrada en vigencia de la citada ley se encuentren en servicio, tendrán plazo de un (1) año para cumplir con las disposiciones señaladas en dicha ley.
