º. En el contrato de adjudicación de la parcela se podrá hacer constar que ésta, con su correspondiente dotación agrícola y sus productos se constituye patrimonio familiares los términos de la ley 70 de 1931. La constitución de este patrimonio familiar no impide que se hagan efectivas sobre la parcela y la dotación agrícola, las obligaciones contractuales de los beneficiarios para el pago de su deuda territorial conjunta o de sus deudas a instituciones de crédito agrícola, ni impide tampoco el otorgamiento sobre dicha parcela de garantías reales para tales obligaciones.
