º Créase el Consejo Consultivo de la Corporación Nacional de Turismo de Colombia, de conformidad con el Artículo 1º del Decreto 1050 de 1968, con representación del sector privado de la industria turística. La integración del Consejo Consultivo se señalará mediante decreto reglamentario. Los integrantes del Consejo no tendrán, por el sólo hecho de serlo, la calidad de funcionarios o empleados públicos. En consecuencia, el Presidente de la República podrá designar para integrar dicho Consejo a miembros del Congreso Nacional.
