El derecho de rectificar se extiende a los parientes del agraviado dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad, en caso de ausencia o imposibilidad del mismo, sin que por ello el ofendido pierda el derecho de hacer la rectificación bajo su firma por una sola vez .
