Artículo único. Concédese a Alonso Brand, hijo del Teniente-coronal de la Lejion Británica, el ausilio de dos mil pesos ($ 2 000) pagaderos del Tesoro nacional, en consideracion a tu notoria pobreza, i a los servicios prestados por su padre en la guerra de la Independencia. Esta cantidad se incluirá en el Presupuesto de rentas i gastos del pretente año.
