ARTICULO 3o. El Superintendente Bancario o quien éste delegue, mediante acto administrativo, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo segundo del presente decreto y ubicará los funcionarios según la estructura interna, los planes, programas y necesidades del servicio.
