Derógase el artículo 10 de la Ley 56 de 1927 . Por medio de la Dirección de Bachillerato y Educación Femenina, el Gobierno ejercerá la inspección de los colegios de segunda enseñanza, para que solo tengan derecho a que sus títulos sean revalidados por el Ministerio de Educación y surtan los efectos legales los establecimientos que pongan en práctica las prescripciones que sobre pensums y programas mínimos determine el Gobierno.
