Art. 144. Los recursos que se concedan de los autos que se dicten en conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 1281, 1284, 1285, y 1286 del Código Judicial, se sustanciarán por el superior como interlocutorios y se fallarán en Sala de Decisión.
