Art. 2.° Igualmente se le faculta para conceder primas hasta de á mil pesos á los plantadores de caucho por cada diez mil árboles que cultiven de ahora en adelante, y presenten en estado de producción, bien sea de la clase conocida con el nombre de virgero, que crece en nuestras cordilleras, ó del que crece en los lugares bajos, húmedos y cálidos.
