Las empresas extranjeras establecidas en zona franca podrán utilizar, con sujeción a las determinaciones de la Junta Monetaria, los sistemas de crédito interno y en general, los incentivos que tengan por objeto el fomento de las exportaciones o la generación de empleo, en los términos y con las condiciones establecidas por las leyes y por los reglamentos.
