El día sábado de cada semana habrá un Acuerdo provisional de contabilidad en el Ministerio del Tesoro, presidido por el Ministro con asistencia del Tesorero General de la República y del Jefe de la Oficina Central de Ordenación, y en el cual actuará como Secretario el Subjefe de la Sección 1. Tiene por objeto este acuerdo que el Ministro conozca la existencia en caja y cartera de la Tesorería General, de que pueda disponerse con seguridad en la semana siguiente.
