º. El artículo 23 del Decreto 717 de 1978 quedará así: "Artículo 23. De la base para liquidar la prima de servicio. La prima a que se refiere el artículo anterior se liquidará sobre los siguientes factores de salario: "a) El sueldo básico fijado por la ley para el respectivo empleo; "b) La prima de antigüedad; "c) Los gastos de representación, y "d) Los auxilios de transporte de que tratan los artículos 20 y 32 del presente Decreto. "Para liquidar la prima de servicio se tendrá en cuenta la cuantía de los factores señalados en los literales precedentes a 30 de junio de cada año".
