LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1.6.1.23.12.Responsabilidad. Los solicitantes de la devolución del IVA de que trata el presente decreto, serán responsables de la veracidad de la información y autenticidad de los documentos exhibidos para el trámite de la solicitud de devolución.

Los hechos que puedan llegar a constituir conducta punible, deberán ser puestos en conocimiento de las autoridades competentes.
