Se tendrá como criterio especial de priorización a las mujeres rurales definidas por el artículo 2 de la ley 731 de 2002, o la norma que lo modifique o adicione. Por lo que el Gobierno Nacional adoptará medidas necesarias para que las mujeres rurales puedan acceder de manera oportuna a la destinación de las colocaciones sustitutivas o mecanismos alternativos para el cumplimiento de las inversiones en Títulos de Desarrollo Agropecuario de las que trata la presente ley.
