El Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones-Proexpo-,pagará, con cargo a su respectivo presupuesto y sin que por ello pasen a ser parte de su nómina de personal, los gastos de vinculación de los Asesores Permanentes a que se refiere el artículo primero del presente Decreto. Así mismo, proporcionará a los Asesores Permanentes toda la información y el personal de apoyo necesarios para cumplir con las funciones señaladas en este Decreto.
