A la misma pena estarán sujetos los directores administradores representantes legales y funcionarios de las instituciones financieras, que otorguen créditos o efectúen descuentos en forma directa o por interpuesta persona, a los accionista de la propia entidad, por encima de las autorizaciones legales.
