Modifíquese el artículo 43 del Decreto 2266 de 2004, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 43. De la autorización del envase . El Invima, con base en los estudios de estabilidad deberá aprobar o no los envases de los productos objeto del presente decreto, el cual se entenderá aprobado con la expedición del correspondiente registro sanitario. Prohíbase el expendio y entrega al público de productos fitoterapéuticos en envase diferente al autorizado por el Invima”.
