Artículo octavo. El personal que se designe en desarrollo del presente Decreto, para los efectos de los servicios a que se destine, será considerado como personal de plata. En consecuencia, a excepción del personal de Gabinete, del Secretario General, del Jefe del Departamento de Coordinación de Programas y de los Directores de División, los demás funcionarios prestarán sus servicios en aquellos lugares a donde sean destinados por resoluciones ministeriales.
