º Si transcurridos dos (2) meses a partir de la fecha en que según el numeral 3 del artículo 3º del presente Decreto, deba otorgarse la escritura pública, y ésta no hubiere sido suscrita, se considerará que los interesados han desistido de la solicitud de liquidación notarial. En este caso, el notario dará por terminada la actuación, y dejará constancia de ello, debiendo los interesados, si existe acuerdo unánime, iniciar nueva actuación.
