Determinación del daño . La respectiva autoridad ambiental previa solicitud del interesado podrá certificar sobre la ocurrencia y de la cuantía del siniestro, mediante acto administrativo debidamente motivado. El dictamen podrá servir de fundamento para la reclamación ante el asegurador o en el proceso judicial que eventualmente se adelante.
