Art. 85. Los Síndicos cuidarán, bajo su responsabilidad, de que se practiquen las formalidades que sean necesarias para la conservación de los derechos del concurso, sobre letras de cambio, escrituras públicas, efectos de comercio y cualquiera otro documento de la pertenencia de aquél.
