°. Cédese en favor de los Departamentos, las Intendencias, las Comisarías y el Distrito Especial de Bogotá el valor del impuesto sobre las ventas a cargo de las licoreras departamentales. Esta cesión se hará en forma proporcional al valor total de los productos consumidos en la respectiva entidad territorial. El cálculo del consumo no incluirá los valores de los impuestos sobre las ventas ni de consumo.
