Artículo decimosegundo. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva tendrán derecho a percibir honorarios por su asistencia a las sesiones ordinarias, extraordinarias o de comisiones, en los términos del artículo 21 del Decreto 3130 de 1968 y del artículo 13 del Decreto 128 de 1976 y de conformidad con lo que el Gobierno determine al respecto.
