La patente no da derecho a pescar sino en determinada zona, para la cual se expide, y por el tiempo señalado. Caducada ella, será despojada la embarcación de los aparejos de pesca, que se depositarán a costa del interesado, o se dejarán en poder de éste mediante el otorgamiento de una fianza para garantizar que no se habrán de usar. En todo caso, no podrán ir a bordo; y, en el último expresado, al Inspector de Pesca se le dará noticia del lugar en que se depositan, que no podrá ser variado sino con conocimiento de dicho funcionario.
