Adiciónese el numeral 3 al artículo 2° de la Ley 69 de 1993, el cual quedará así:

" 3. Las compañías de seguros del exterior directamente o por conducto de intermediarios autorizados. La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia podrá establecer la obligatoriedad del registro de estas compañías o de sus intermediarios".
