Después de transcurridos por lo menos veintiocho días de la fecha de la primera publicación del referido aviso, y dentro de treinta días después de efectuada la última publicación de éste, se remitirá el acta de organización por duplicado al Superintendente Bancario, junto con declaraciones juradas o cualquiera otra prueba satisfactoria de que se ha hecho la publicación del aviso y se ha enviado éste a las personas indicadas en el artículo anterior.
