° Los certificados que para introducir ganado a Colombia exigen las disposiciones sanitarias, deben ser expedidos únicamente por Veterinarios oficiales del país de donde sea originario el ganado. Este certificado debe ser visado por el respectivo Cónsul de Colombia, quien hará constar el carácter oficial del Veterinario que lo expida.
