º La visa de servicio especial en el territorio nacional se expedirá de acuerdo con la duración del contrato de trabajo, hasta por un término de dos (2) años, renovable por períodos iguales a petición de la entidad respectiva. Una vez terminado el contrato de trabajo, el titular podrá permanecer amparado por la misma visa hasta por cuatro (4) meses.
