El Ministerio de Comunicaciones realizará visitas de carácter técnico a las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora para controlar la correcta prestación del servicio, constatar el cumplimiento de las normas que lo regulan o advertir la necesidad de corregir fallas o desviaciones en el servicio.
