Trámite. Cuando se presente junto con la demanda, la solicitud de amparo se resolverá en el auto admisorio de aquella. En la providencia en que se deniegue el amparo, se impondrá al solicitante una multa de un salario mínimo mensual. El auto que niega el amparo es apelable, e inapelable el que lo conceda.
