Articulo 6°. El Consejo Directivo que presidirá el Rector, estará compuesto por los Decanos de las Facultades, un representante del profesorado y uno de los estudiantes. Podrán ser miembros también los Directores de Escuelas, Institutos y Departamento que señalen los estatutos. El Secretario General, el Vicerrector, cuando lo hubiere, y el Síndico, tendrá voz pero no voto en dicho Consejo.
