Las operaciones de reporto o repo y las operaciones simultáneas celebradas en el mercado mostrador en cuanto al régimen de garantías, se regirán por lo establecido en el presente capítulo cuando se realicen por cuenta propia o de terceros. La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia podrá impartir instrucciones relacionadas con el cumplimiento de esta actividad.
