Articulo 16. Toda farmacia que venda los medicamentos enumerados en el artículo anterior, llevará un libro en donde se copien las fórmulas que autoricen su expendio, y el nombre del facultativo que prescribió el producto. Los despachos al por mayor se anotarán en el libro mencionado indicando la cantidad, el nombre y la dirección de la entidad compradora.
